AKT1 and cancer: KEGG pathway enrichment analysis identified 179 significantly enriched pathways, with the top 10 visualized in Figure 7C. These included pathways in cancer, metabolic pathways, lipid and atherosclerosis, MAPK signaling pathway, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, proteoglycans in cancer, Ras signaling pathway, chemical carcinogenesis-reactive oxygen species, Kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus infection, and hepatitis B. Among these, the MAPK, PI3K-Akt, and Ras signaling pathways appeared to be the major pathways associated with the anti-lung cancer effects of the identified metabolites.
