Consequently, the objective of this study was to investigate whether SLC inhibits the HER2 signaling pathway, suppresses the PDK1/PDHA1 signaling pathway, and modulates the SIRT1/PGC-1α/NRF1/TFAM signaling axis, ultimately leading to the inhibition of oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) in HER2-positive breast cancer cells.
