IGHE and hypersensitivity reaction disease: Serum OVA-specific IgE levels were markedly increased in AC (7.20 ± 0.59 μg/mL) compared to the NC (0.05 ± 0.03 μg/mL), whereas both Dic 10 (5.06 ± 0.72 μg/mL, p < 0.05) and Dic 20 (4.20± 0.63 μg/mL, p < 0.05) exhibited lower OVA-specific IgE levels, indicating that dictamnine effectively mitigated allergic sensitization and inflammatory responses.
