MAGED4 and oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma: Moreover, as an emerging cancer therapy, PD-L1-targeted therapy has spawned various combination regimens, which are more effective than monotherapy [4], similar to MAGED4, PD-L1 exhibits a high expression profile in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) [30,31], providing a rational basis for the development of dual-targeted therapeutic strategies co-targeting MAGED4 and PD-L1, thereby offering a novel and effective treatment option for OSCC patients.
