These were most frequently related to PTH analogues (19.5%; high beam radiation therapy history, renal impairment, and/or hypercalcemia) and oral bisphosphonates (11.5%; history of gastroesophageal reflux disease), with smaller proportions of contraindications for romosozumab (3.4%; history of stroke or myocardial infarction and/or hypocalcemia), intravenous bisphosphonates (1.7%; renal impairment), and denosumab (0.6%; hypocalcemia).
