Another study [46] analyzing samples from 35 patients with advanced OS demonstrated that some patients exhibited co-expression of multiple immune checkpoint molecules, with B7-H3 and CD47 being the most commonly co-expressed, while another clinical analysis of various sarcoma samples showed no significant correlation between B7-H3 expression and PD-L1 or PD-1 expression [42,47]. The gene discussed is CD276; the disease is sarcoma.
