At least two-fold upregulation of CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11 was observed in all cancer types including melanoma (n = 77), breast cancer (n = 40), brain cancer (n = 198), and lung cancer when comparing samples with high to low MOTIscores (Figure S4), with significance for melanoma and breast cancer. The gene discussed is CXCL9; the disease is lung cancer.
