These extracts were screened for their in vitro antioxidant properties and inhibitory activities on enzymes related to Alzheimer’s disease (acetylcholinesterase: AChE, butyrylcholinesterase: BChE), type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM, α-glucosidase, α-amylase), obesity (lipase), and hyperpigmentation (tyrosinase).
