The results for the Kaplan–Meier overall survival curves are shown in Figure 3A. The results indicated that the overexpression of ATM (p-value = 0.026), BRCA1 (p-value = 0.011), BRCA2 (p-value = 0.027), PALB2 (p-value = 0.014), LIG1 (p-value = 0.001), RPA1 (p-value = 0.008), and RPA2 (p-value < 0.001) were significantly associated with longer overall survival in HNSCC patients (Figure 2A). Here, RPA1 is linked to head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
