Figure 6A shows that preincubation of NK cells with anti-PD-1 antibody markedly increased the sensitivity of melanoma cell lines WM-1366 and WM-3248 to killing by NK cells, whereas nivolumab did not influence the killing of the PD-L1-negative cell lines WM-115 and WM-278. Since nivolumab may activate NK cells via the Fc receptor, we evaluated the drug in the presence of an Fc receptor blocker and results are presented in Supplementary Figure S6.
