RET and endocrine gland neoplasm: The TKIs used in endocrine tumors can be broadly divided into two categories: multi-target agents, which commonly inhibit VEGF-R, platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGF-R), fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGF-R), and c-KIT, and selective inhibitors that target specific oncogenic drivers such as RET (Rearranged during Transfection), Neurotrophic Tyrosine Receptor Kinase (NTRK), or BRAF.
