When studying a subpopulation of CD4+ FoxP3+ lymphocytes, it was found that in AP group, the content of CD4+ FoxP3+ cells did not significantly differ from the control and amounted to 2.0–2.2% at all follow-up periods, which indicates the absence of pronounced spontaneous activation of the regulatory link of immunity during inflammation (Figure 4). Here, CD4 is linked to alkaline phosphatase measurement.
