CD4 and influenza: While some have demonstrated that senolytics can improve immune responses to certain infections, such as Mouse Hepatitis Virus and SARS‐CoV‐2 infections in both brain organoids and mouse models (Aguado et al. 2023; Camell et al. 2021; Pastor‐Fernández et al. 2023), we have previously reported minimal benefits of Dasatinib (D) and Quercetin (Q) senolytic treatment in overall flu outcomes (Torrance et al. 2023) despite improved CD4 T cell differentiation (Lorenzo et al. 2022).
