Notably, in T cells, IL-17A/F, TNF-α, and CXCL1/2 were upregulated in LKP-treated mice, with KEGG enrichment of IL-17 and TNF signaling pathways (Figure 3), consistent with findings in rheumatoid arthritis where IL-17-producing Th17 cells drive synovial inflammation.
