GAPDHS and cancer: In the osteoblasts_Gapd2 subpopulation, pathways such as proteoglycans in cancer (Col1a1, Col1a2, Hcls1, Hif1a, Stat3, Vav1), IL-17 signaling (Mmp13, Mmp3, S100a9, Ccl7, Cebpb), and ECM–receptor interaction (Col11a2, Col1a1, Ibsp, and Tnn) were activated (Figure 6I, p < 0.05).
