RPS6KB1 and neoplasm: Treatment with PF-309 for 3 h (Fig. 5E), 6 h (Fig. S3B), 12 h (Fig. S3C), and 24 h (Fig. 5F) in WT cells consistently inhibited multiple pathways, including mTOR-S6K, NF-κB, c-Myc, and β-catenin, demonstrating its broad-spectrum anti-tumor effects.
