CRP and neoplasm: Specifically, Age ≥60 was associated with reduced risk (HR = 0.81, 95% CI: 0.67–0.97, p = 0.025), while high CRP (HR = 1.49, 95% CI: 1.10–2.01, p = 0.010), high HSP90α (HR = 1.55, 95% CI: 1.29–1.86, p < 0.001), Child–Pugh B (HR = 1.41, 95% CI: 1.13–1.76, p = 0.002), tumor number ≥2 (HR = 1.42, 95% CI: 1.07–1.89, p = 0.015), M status (HR = 1.28, 95% CI: 1.05–1.55, p = 0.014), and PVTT (HR = 1.45, 95% CI: 1.23–1.58, p = 0.023) were all independently associated with worse OS (Table 2).
