Furthermore, the enhanced proliferation, migration, and invasive ability induced by ZFHX4 overexpression were significantly reversed by the simultaneous knockdown of ZFHX4-AS1 (Figures 5C–E, Figure 6A–C).The results of these studies confirmed that ZFHX4-AS1 modulates the proliferation, invasion, and migration of glioma cells through its nearby gene ZFHX4.
