ABCG2 and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease: KEGG analysis revealed that these Butein-binding proteins are mainly involved in pathways such as ‘Pathways in cancer’, ‘Prostate cancer’, ‘FoxO signaling pathway’, ‘MicroRNAs in cancer’, ‘Small cell lung cancer’, ‘Transcriptional misregulation’, ‘Alzheimer’s disease’, and ‘ABC transporters’ (Figures 1A, B).
