Pooled findings from four studies (574 patients) indicated that the overall occurrence of neutropenia did not differ significantly between those treated with SYK and/or BTK inhibitors and those receiving placebo (RR 2.84; 95%CI: 0.91 – 8.87, p=0.07, I2 = 0%, random-effect model) (Table 3).
