Pooled findings from three studies involving 424 adults with ITP indicated that the overall occurrence of vomiting did not differ significantly between those treated with SYK and/or BTK inhibitors and those receiving placebo (RR 1.38; 95%CI: 0.40 – 4.78, p=0.60, I2 = 0%, random-effect model) (Table 3).
