Univariate logistic regression analysis identified several significant associations with DVT risk: BMI≥28 kg/m2 (Odds ratio, OR = 2.87, 95% Confidence interval, 95%CI = 1.01–8.18, p = 0.049), diabetes mellitus (OR = 3.13, 95%CI = 1.44–6.84, p = 0.004), elevated MPO-DNA (OR = 9.40, 95%CI = 4.21–20.98, p < 0.001), CitH3 (OR = 1.08, 95%CI = 1.04–1.12, p < 0.001), cell-free DNA (OR = 1.01, 95%CI = 1.01–1.02, p < 0.001), neutrophil count (OR = 1.47, 95%CI = 1.16–1.87, p = 0.002), and NLR (OR = 1.38, 95%CI = 1.11–1.72, p = 0.004) (Table 3).
