For Stage IV cancers, PDE5 inhibitor exposure was also associated with significantly improved OS at all timepoints compared with controls (1-year OS 92.8% vs 82.4%, p=0.004; 3‐year OS 75.1% vs 56.5%, p<0.001; 5‐year OS 65.6% vs 47.2%, p<0.001; HR, 0.52 [95% CI, 0.37–0.74]; Figure 1).
