Initial labs (Table 1) demonstrated anemia (Hb 94 g/L), hypoalbuminemia (25-30 g/L), markedly raised C-reactive Protein (CRP) (91-110 mg/L), and elevated angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) (92 U/L), suggesting systemic inflammation and possible granulomatous disease.
