ALB and coinfection: Multivariate logistic regression analysis demonstrated that presence of central nervous system symptoms (AOR = 16.912, P < 0.001), elevated levels of SFTSV RNA (AOR = 2.775, P < 0.001), elevated levels of PCT (AOR = 1.904, P = 0.049), elevated levels of ALB (AOR = 1.201, P = 0.013), older age (AOR = 1.170, P < 0.001), decreased levels of PLT (AOR = 0.965, P = 0.019), and elevated levels of LPS (AOR = 1.002, P = 0.017) were significantly associated with mortality risk among SFTS patients without co-infection (Table 2).
