From the EXE-T1D cohort, 9 loci had suggestive evidence of association (P< 1×10 ); RN7SL807P (rs1517628, P=1.7×10−6), FAM47E (rs10025494, P=7.7×10–6), EDIL3 (rs2221761, P=2.1×10−6), ENSG00000300630 (rs9406047, P=3.0×10−6), NTM (rs139416102, P=4.7×10−6), STON2 (rs61978878, P=4.9×10−6), RORA (rs12592002, P=8.2×10−6), DYNLRB2-AS1 (rs1878821, P=6.5×10−6), and ENSG00000304175 (rs79505903, P=3.3×10−6) (Supplementary Fig. 5A). This evidence concerns the gene DYNLRB2 and type 1 diabetes mellitus.
