KEGG enrichment analysis of the DEGs revealed that the upregulated DEGs were mainly enriched in items such as "cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction", "osteoclast differentiation", and "rheumatoid arthritis" (Fig. 1C), while the downregulated DEGs were primarily enriched in items including "steroid biosynthesis", "PPAR signaling pathway", and "cell adhesion molecules" (Fig. 1D).
