DHCR24 and obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency: A more pronounced phosphorylation is observed in the T2D group in the case of the above-mentioned two pathways, the DHCR24 signaling, atherosclerosis signaling, response to elevated platelet activation and LXR/RXR activation pathways, while higher phosphorylation in obesity was characteristic of the production of NO, IL-12 signaling and GAIT translation signaling.
