RUNX1 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: An ETV6-RUNX1 fusion was the most common in the ALL cohort and was seen in both the AYA and PED groups (33.3% of AYA DS ALL, 14.3% of PED DS ALL, 10.42% of total cohort; Supplemental Tables S2 and S3) but was not present in any ML patient.
