According to the most recent version of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) B-cell lymphoma treatment guidelines, DLBCL patients who are primary refractory or who relapse less than 12 months after therapy discontinuation can be referred to CD19-directed CAR-T therapies (axicabtagene ciloleucel, lisocabtagene maraleucel) and receive bridging therapy as required until the CAR-T product is available. The gene discussed is CD19; the disease is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
