LEP and Abdominal obesity: Although women with abdominal obesity exhibited a higher mean serum leptin concentration (45.2 ng/mL) than those without abdominal obesity (23.8 ng/mL; p < 0.001), this association was not statistically significant after multivariate adjustment (PR = 1.10; 95% CI: 0.97–1.24; p = 0.14).
