ESR1 and Familial prostate cancer: Overall analyses showed that the ESRα PvuII polymorphism was associated with a reduced risk of prostate cancer (pp vs. Pp + PP: OR = 0.83, 95% CI = 0.71–0.97; pp vs. PP: OR = 0.75, 95% CI = 0.57–0.99; p vs. P: OR = 0.88, 95% CI = 0.78–0.99; Table 1 and Figure 2).
