Our transcriptomic data align with these findings: SWI/SNF-mutant bladder tumors exhibit enriched M1 macrophage and Th1 gene signatures without concomitant up-regulation of PD-L1 or other immune-inhibitory ligands, supporting an antigen-driven rather than checkpoint-modulated model of immune sensitization. The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is urinary bladder neoplasm.
