Cells from both species produced very high levels of transcripts for genes such as IL2, IL21, IL26, IFNG, TNF, CCL3, CCL4, CD40LG, CSF2, and GZMB, as well as several molecules less well understood in TB T cell immunology including: CCL20, SEMA7A, TNFSF14, FASLG, CTSB, TG, and SLAMF1 (Figure 4L). The gene discussed is CCL3; the disease is tuberculosis.
