Intracerebral hemorrhage, illustrated by hematoxylin and eosin staining of the brain sections, demonstrated that the hematoma was significantly increased in PAR4-/- mice (PAR4-/-: 2,137,786 ± 1,596,794 μm2; BL6: 838,113 ± 478,415 μm2; P = .008, Mann–Whitney U-test; Figure 3B, C, F). This evidence concerns the gene F2RL3 and intracerebral hemorrhage.
