In children with asthma, we found an FGL2-driven subnetwork for B cell proliferation and T cell activation associated with both PM2.5 and ozone exposure; a CLC- and CPA3-driven subnetwork for leukocyte differentiation associated with ozone; and a TNFRSF10C-driven subnetwork associated with PM2.5 (Fig. 3). This evidence concerns the gene CPA3 and asthma.
