In AL amyloidosis, patients harboring the t(11;14) translocation (n = 38) demonstrated a significantly higher prevalence of light-chain–only M-protein (84.2% vs. 43.4%, p = 0.0004), a lower frequency of the IgA isotype (0% vs. 20%, p = 0.0039), and more frequent CD20 expression on BMPCs (28.9% vs. 0.0%, p = 0.0013) compared with t(11;14)–negative cases (Table 2).
