In a large cohort of stage III melanoma patients receiving adjuvant anti–PD-1 therapy, higher intratumoral frequencies of this subset were significantly associated with prolonged recurrence-free survival (1-year RFS: 78.1% vs. 49.9%; HR 0.32, 95% CI 0.15–0.69; p = 0.0036) (81, 82).
