The results of this study showed that the expression levels of key node proteins SYK, PI3K, PLCγ, p-MARCKS, CDC42, and RAC during FcγR-mediated phagocytosis in the spleens of mice in the ZF-CQ group were upregulated to varying degrees compared with those in the malaria group; the expression levels in the ZF-CQ group were higher than those in the artemisinin group. This evidence concerns the gene MARCKS and malaria.
