To explore the functional impact of SLC30A9 on the in vivo proliferation of cervical cancer cells, we developed subcutaneous xenograft models in nude mice using pCCa-1 cells that were engineered to express either shSLC30A9-S2 (see Figs. 3–5) or a control shRNA (shC). This evidence concerns the gene SLC30A9 and cervical cancer.
