To investigate the essential impact of ACE2 on the activation of immune modulation and AA pathway induced by SARS-CoV-2-Spike protein infection, ACE2-silenced cells were established in BEAS-2B cells transfected with SARS-CoV-2-Spike to evaluate the regulatory effects of ACE2 on cellular disturbance of metabolism and immune activity. This evidence concerns the gene CHMP5 and infection.
