CD69 and neoplasm: In contrast, Tconv cells in MPE contained the highest proportion of Tem cells (72% in MPE vs. 63% in tumor vs. 20.1% in blood), the highest expression of the activation marker CD25 (14.3% in MPE vs. 9.3% in blood vs. 8.8% in tumor), intermediate expression of the activation marker CD69 (5.61% in MPE vs. 0.5% in blood vs. 57.8% in tumor), and intermediate expression of PD-1, LAG-3, and TIM-3, which is overall consistent with an activated, effector phenotype (Figure 1C, 1F, 1I; Figure S6B).
