Compositional analysis of transcriptional cluster distributions between tissues were overall consistent with the flow cytometry findings: naïve and early activated CD8+ and CD4+ T cell populations (C1, C2, C9, C10) were most enriched in the blood (Figure 2C–D, Table S3); CD8+ NK-like (C5) T cells and CD4+ Tem (C12) cells were enriched in MPE (C5: 20.3% of MPE T cells, C12: 33.6% of MPE); and CD8+ effector (C3), CD8+ exhausted (C4) T cells, and Tfh (C11) were enriched in tumor (C3: 19.6% of tumor T cells, C4: 7.3% of tumor T cells, C11: 26.7% of tumor T cells). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is neoplasm.
