This study revealed that the incidence of renal injury reached 90% in the high-expression group of tRF-Gly-GCC-1-M3, significantly higher than the 75% in the low-expression group, suggesting its value of tRF-Gly-GCC-1-M3 as a potential biomarker for assessing renal injury risk in MM patients. The gene discussed is GCC1; the disease is Miyoshi myopathy.
