KEGG pathway analysis showed that DEGs were significantly enriched in “neuroactive ligand–receptor interaction,” “PI3K–Akt signalling pathway,” “calcium signalling pathway,” “cAMP signalling pathway,” “MAPK signalling pathway,” “Alzheimer disease” and “GABAergic synapse,” especially in “neuroactive ligand–receptor interaction,” where up to 67 DEGs were enriched. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and Alzheimer disease.
