ROR1 and neoplasm: Researchers developed a novel ROR1-CAR-T cell engineered to release anti-PD-1 scFv upon activation, which enhanced the activity of both the CAR-T cells and TILs. Both in vitro and in vivo experiments showed that these CAR-T cells significantly improved the therapeutic efficacy against TNBC, prolonged the survival time of mice, and increased the number of tumor-infiltrating T cells.
