SFTA3 and cancer: Enrichment analysis confirmed that the 82 intersected genes were strongly involved in cancer-relevant pathways, while survival analysis highlighted six robust biomarker–cancer associations: LUAD–SFTA3 (protective), LUAD–ACPP (protective), LIHC–HFE2 (protective), LIHC–LOC339674 (adverse), LGG–SERINC2 (risk), and LGG–LOC339674 (strong protective).
