NTN1 and thymoma: Among these significant results, hsa-miR-130b-3p had the most potent inhibitory effect on MCAM in thymoma (r = − 0.574), hsa-miR-4428 had the most potent inhibitory effect on NEO1 in PAAD (r = − 0.507), hsa-miR-130b-3p had the most potent inhibitory effect on NTN1 in STAD (r = − 0.48), and hsa-miR-4726-5p had the most potent inhibitory effect on UNC5B in CHOL (r = − 0.401).
