The viability of RAW 264.7 macrophages treated with LPS (1 μg/ml) and BK-5 exosomes (1.69 × 107, 3.38 × 107, and 6.75 × 107 particles/ml), as well as that of B16F10 melanoma cells treated with α-MSH (200 nM) and BK-5 exosomes (8.45 × 106, 1.69 × 107, and 3.38 × 107 particles/ml), were assessed using MTT assay. The gene discussed is STAMBP; the disease is melanoma.
