Clustering of malignant epithelial cells using UMAP identified 15 subgroups, indicating that nine m7G-related genes (AGO2, EIF3D, EIF4A1, EIF4E, EIF4E2, LARP1, LSM1, NCBP2, and NUDT4) are involved in the differentiation of malignant tumor cells, with gene expression continuously changing during the transition process (Fig 5C). This evidence concerns the gene EIF3D and cancer.
