Similarly, the rate of blast reduction, calculated as log10 fold reduction per day, was numerically faster in IDH2‐R140 than IDH2‐R172 (4% vs. 2.5% log10/day, p = 0.30), suggesting a tendency toward more rapid blast cytoreduction in R140‐mutated AML (Figure S12). Here, IDH2 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
