BDNF and juvenile Huntington disease: The KEGG pathway analysis demonstrated significant enrichment for genes involved in neurotrophin signaling pathway (p = 7.64 × 10−5), pathways of neurodegeneration-multiple diseases (p = 0.0001), spinocerebellar ataxia (p = 0.0003), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (p = 0.0004), endometrial cancer (p = 0.0006), alzheimer disease (p = 0.002), huntington disease (p = 0.003), colorectal cancer (p = 0.003), FoxO signaling pathway (p = 0.0046) (Figure 3B).
