KEGG pathway analysis revealed multiple enrichment pathways, among which PI3K/ AKT signaling pathway involves several genes listed in Fig. 1B, including PI3K, AKT, CREB5 and PPP2R2C, suggesting that this pathway may play an important role in the development of EMs (Fig. 1C).
